What is not working, and why?

Do you know of a barrier to conserving electricity, natural gas, propane, oil or transportation fuels? Have you experienced regulatory, technological, financial, informational or other impediments to conservation?

Barriers can result from both errors of omission and commission, and they can become embedded in the way we use and think about energy. The first step in addressing these barriers is gathering information from people like you.
